Se reformó de arriba a abajo. Se decidió realizar excavaciones incluso levantando el suelo del salón para crear un garaje justo debajo.

Además de reformar prácticamente todas las estancias de la vivienda, se instalaron leds de bajo consumo en toda la vivienda, generador eléctrico, interfónos con TV en habitaciones y baños, cableado de fibra óptica, cableado RG58 AV, foto células para el encendido automático del jardín y del garaje, osmosis, descalcificador y un sistema de desinfección de agua mediante luz ultravioleta, entre muchas otras mejoras.
