se requiere arquitetto o tecnico del ayuntamento para saber si la estructura permite añadir otra habitacion, las condiciones y permisos para poter aumentar l’altura del edificio

Si, en principio, siempre que haya que modificar la estructura de una vivienda, se requiere la intervención de un arquitecto.
