Complete renovation of a 57 m² apartment on Carrer Castillejos, in Barcelona’s Eixample district. The main challenge was to make the most of a compact floor plan by completely redesigning the layout, removing unnecessary circulation areas to create open, bright and highly functional living spaces.
The renovation made it possible to eliminate almost the entire corridor. The compact kitchen was designed to maximise storage capacity. To enhance the feeling of spaciousness, uniform LED lighting was installed throughout the apartment, while light-coloured finishes were selected to visually enlarge the interior without sacrificing storage space. As the main flooring finish, we installed Quick-Step Classic laminate flooring, chosen for its excellent wear resistance, easy maintenance and seamless integration with the apartment’s contemporary design.
