Excavations were carried out, including lifting the living room floor to create a garage directly underneath.<br \/>\nIn addition to renovating almost every room in the house, several upgrades were installed: low-consumption LEDs throughout the home, an electric generator, intercoms with TV displays in bedrooms and bathrooms, fiber optic cabling, RG58 AV wiring, and photocells for automatic lighting in the garden and garage.
